This dashboard contains information relating to club bookings, including video tutorials on setting up a group block, completing an athlete's family reservation, and any cancellation or modification to your booking. Please use the platform as the central communications platform for anything related to your tournament reservation.
SPECIAL EVENT RATE
The Special Event Rate is the discounted group rate secured.
All the rooms in the block are at the same room rate, so you are protected from market price increases.
The hotel contracts that the Special Event Rate is the lowest available for the room type and flexible policy.

COMPLIMENTARY CONCIERGE SERVICE
Book Your Block recognizes that Club Directors have busy schedules, and therefore we offer a club with multiple teams attending a concierge booking experience.
We discuss your preferred hotel location, amenities, and price points, and make recommendations.
Once you select the hotel(s), we set up your group block(s).
We construct a customized booking instruction communication for your athlete families with the booking URL links.
The Group Leader distributes the correspondence via email to athlete families.
STAY TO PLAY POLICY
The ISE Stay to Play Policy is:
All clubs requiring hotel accommodations must comply with the Stay to Play policy.
All hotel reservations must be placed exclusively through the Book Your Block booking website at the Partner Hotels.
Each booking credits to the team's Stay to Play account.
Team managers are responsible for communicating the policy to athlete families.
GUEST BOOKING CONFIRMATION
At the time of booking the guest will receive a confirmation email, from the Book Your Block automated system, confirming the reservation details and providing an ARN booking reference number.
HOTEL RESERVATION NUMBER
The Hotel Sales Manager will confirm the reservation from the block of rooms Book Your Block contracted with the hotel and at this time you will receive a 2nd automated email that will include the corresponding hotel reservation confirmation number.
