STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY PERFECT GAME TOURNAMENTS AT FAIRFAX
All clubs located more that 90 miles from the venue comply with the Stay to Play policy and book hotels.
Each booking credits to the team's Stay to Play account.
Each team must book a minimum number of room nights for the tournament as per the table below.
Team's seeking an exemption may submit an official Exemption Application that is reviewed by the tournament director.
Team managers are responsible for communicating the policy to athlete families
A Room Night is classed as a one-night booking of one room. Ie, A family, reserving one room for two nights equals two room nights. Therefore, a sixteen (16) Room Nights minimum requirement would require rooms to be booked by eight (8) families for two (2) Room Nights.
