IREVA - STAY TO PLAY POLICY

IREVA operates Stay to Play tournaments meaning all hotel reservations must be placed exclusively through the Book Your Block booking site with our hotel partners. The policy requires every team accepted to the event located further than 50 miles from the venue to be required to complete a minimum number of room night reservations. The minimum room night target is equal to 5 hotel reservations per night, multiplied by the number of days the tournament operates in the age group, multiplied by the number of teams attending from the club. I.e., A 2-day tournament with three teams competing would require a minimum of 30 room night pickups in the team or group block to meet the Club Stay to Play Requirement. All athlete family reservations are tracked by the Book Your Block system and applied to the club Stay to Play account.
