Book Your Block has set aside room blocks at Partner Hotels, especially for Music Festival attendees.
The Special Event Rate is a discounted group rate available to individual reservations.
The hotel contracts that the Special Event Rate is the lowest available rate for the room type and flexible policy.
All the Special Event Rate block rooms are at the same room rate, so you are protected from market price increases.
For your convenience we have also added room types and room rates that non-partner hotels are advertising.

Upon booking our hotel your will receive a Guest Confirmation Receipt by email from Book Your Block.

When securing your Concert Ticket Provide your booking ARN # in your Guest Confirmation receipt.
Your Concert Ticket purchase must be in the same name as the hotel reservation.
A maximum of two concert ticket discounts are available to be purchased with each room reservation.

GUEST BOOKING CONFIRMATION

At the time of booking the guest will receive a confirmation email, from the Book Your Block automated system, confirming the reservation details and providing an ARN booking reference number.

HOTEL RESERVATION NUMBER

The Hotel Sales Manager will confirm the reservation from the block of rooms Book Your Block contracted with the hotel and at this time you will receive a 2nd automated email that will include the corresponding hotel reservation confirmation number.
